For the past 15 years, I have been coaching inside organizations across a number of industries. I find great satisfaction in helping people reach their potential.
I am incredibly curious and full of random knowledge that has served me well at some of the most unexpected times. I love books, yoga, and watching sports. I value the few close friends I have, the best of them being my husband DeShonne with whom I have three uniquely amazing daughters. While my life is richly blessed, I can relate to how easy it can be to find yourself stuck. I have been there, doubting myself, unsure, and unfulfilled. When I started working with a coach I had a lot to unpack. The process was gradual and sometimes left me feeling exposed. My biggest take away was that I had never given myself permission to do the things that nurtured my authentic self. I carried with me a list of "shoulds" that didn't align with my wants, my values, and more importantly my calling. I truly believe coaching to be my calling. I find fulfillment in helping others explore what is standing in the way of living their best life.
My Coaching Philosophy
Empower clients to embrace their authentic selves to help them discover the authority they have to take responsibility for their mindset, behaviors and outcomes. Partner with clients to set goals in the areas they determine to be critical to moving forward. I offer a non-judgmental environment that supports the path to self-actualization and consistent growth.
